  • Do You Charge A Callout Fee?

    No. Certainly not within our 10 mile radius of central Bournemouth and indeed not if we don’t tell you before we visit anyway, regardless of distance.

  • How Quickly Will You Visit Me?

    An engineer will usually be with you within 3 hours on Monday to Friday (providing you phone us before 2pm). Weekends vary, though please contact us. We likely will be able to offer flexible visiting hours.

  • Do You Sort My Issues Out Here?

    If your computer or laptop needs work that will take a considerable amount of our time (such as a software re-install or major virus issue) then we will ask to return the machine back to our workshops for a repair. This saves your time and allows us to work in an environment where we have the proper facilities for in depth repair work.

  • How Long Will It Take You To Return My Machine If You Need To Take It Away For Repair?

    Usually 24-48 hours. Please speak to the visiting engineer who will arrange this with you.

  • You didn’t Diagnose My Problem For Me?

    It is unlikely that an engineer will not be able to supply a definitive answer to your problem. If this is the case though then we will not charge you.

  • The Fault With My Internet Connection Is Not Resolvable By Yourselves?

    We can diagnose and repair issues with your computer and broadband equipment as far down the line as the wall socket for a BT line and the modem for a cable connection. Faults that are further down the line will be supplier issues and will need to be addressed by your broadband supplier. Please speak to us firstly with connectivity issues.

  • You Pinpointed The Fault But The Computer Is Not Worth Repairing?

    Indeed we will probably agree with you if your machine is of an age or condition that you decide is not worth investing substantially more money into. In this instance we simply charge for our time spent with you. We can of course supply you with a suitable competitively priced replacement.

  • Can You Supply Me With A New Computer Or Laptop?

    Yes. We can advise on what you would need once we have ascertained your particular needs. We can supply a fully installed unit that will cater to your requirements

  • You Pinpointed The Fault But The Computer Is Not Worth Repairing?

    Indeed we will probably agree with you if your machine is of an age or condition that you decide is not worth investing substantially more money into. In this instance we simply charge for our time spent with you. We can of course supply you with a suitable competitively priced replacement.

  • I Have A Problem Down The Line. Can You Help?

    We take pride in our aftercare and will not leave you pondering over any issues.
